September is REALTOR Safety Month! And in accordance, we will be hosting a Self Defense class here at CAOR. This is going to be a very informative, useful class, so please take full advantage!

This class will be taught by: Instructor Deva Hoffman, National Self Defense Co

We will be covering topics like:
- Awareness
- Effective Strikes and Blocks
- Escapes if you are grabbed
- Recognizing potential threats
- Avoiding dangerous situations
- Reading body language

Classes are built around the Total Defense Concept, which is designed to equip you with the physical training as well as the mental skills to survive a violent encounter. All classes are designed around body mechanics, not your size or strength. All the concepts in this class are used by law enforcement and are proven effective! This will be a hands-on class, so please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in.
