The proposed changes to the Association Bylaws (linked below) are hereby presented to you for your review. These changes will be discussed and voted on during the General Membership Meeting held Wednesday, May 20th, 2015 at the River Park Clubhouse.
Any discussion on the proposed bylaws will take place at this meeting and will be passed by a majority vote of member attendees. This is per our current bylaws ARTICLE XVII, Section 1.
