October 1, 2013 is the first day of enrollment for the new Obamacare plan. Amy will fill you in on everything you need to know so you can make an informed decision about your health care.
The changes will affect many of you as independent contractors. Amy is an Obamacare expert (she’s read all 1700 pages!).

- PPACA Impacts (Obamacare) – The changing world of health insurance
- Exchanges and subsidies
- Health insurance moves to Guaranteed Issued / no more underwriting
- All plans (Gold / Silver / Bronze / Platinum) will now have Essential Health Benefits (EHB)
- Penalties will be imposed (taxes) for not having Health Insurance
- Open enrollment periods
