- Exchanges and subsidies
- Health insurance moves to Guaranteed Issued / no more underwriting
- All plans (Gold / Silver / Bronze / Platinum) will now have Essential Health Benefits (EHB)
- Penalties will be imposed (taxes) for not having Health Insurance
- Open enrollment periods
Side Note: 25 MILLION Americans currently do not have Health Insurance and 19 MILLION will likely be eligible for a Federal Premium Assistance Tax Credit
