“Multiple Offers, Backup Offers, and Back to Basics – Avoiding Closing Stoppers and Protecting Your Clients”
We will focus on Multiple Offers and Backup Offers. This will include the explanation of the key terms, potential problems, importance of documenting the file and sample forms.
For the second half, we will do an updated version of Closing Stoppers and review who must sign the contract, trusts, LLCs, estates, surveys, termites and closing must haves.
